Office All-rounder

Amplify is looking for an awesome Office All-Rounder to join the team on a part time or casual basis. This role would suit a university student wanting first hand experience of how a start-up works, a parent who wants to work school hours or someone looking to for a change in pace to part time work. 

This is not a standard admin role (we don’t have phones to be answered or a front desk that needs to be attended) and the day-to-day tasks will be quite varied as you move between supporting the product team, sales team and management team. 

Our ideal candidate: 

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbally) 

Very organised and efficient

Ability to switch between different tasks as per the needs of the business 

Good computer skills and the ability to learn specific software that we use in house such as Microsoft suite, Canva, Xero, Pipedrive and Hubspot 

A hard worker and team player 

Previous admin experience in a small team/start-up would be nice, but not a deal breaker if you are eager to learn 

Examples of tasks: 

Data input into CRM 

Reviewing written files 

Document creation 

Event organisation support 

General admin support – scheduling meetings, ordering office supplies, travel arrangements
