SRG’s Property Team has a 6 Month contract opportunity available working within Lease Administration as a Lease Administration officer

About the role

A unique opportunity with a national retailer on the northside of Brisbane is recruiting for a Lease Administration Officer on a 6 month contract. As an integral part of the inhouse property team, you will reporting to the National Lease Administration Manager in a team of approximately 5.

Key responsibilities in this role include:  

Roles are defined by brand and split up between the team

As a team member, you will manage landlord correspondence using SAP, One Note, Excel

Coordination and learning assumptions with Financial Obligations

Systems and process Improvement

Data Governance Management

Reconciliation and debt Collections

Build and maintain relationships both external and internal

General administrative responsibilities 

Liaise with Project Management on handover dates, store open dates for the purpose of setting up contracts in SAP

Attend weekly lease admin meetings

Present monthly brand rent roll for approval

Arrange purchase orders and cheque requisitions

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate: 

Minimum 12 months in a similar role would be highly considered or bring your strong finance or legal experience

Numeracy, analytical and computer literacy skills

High level of computer literacy with Intermediate Excel skills

Excellent and confident verbal and written communication skills with an ability to engage with team members across all levels of our organisation

A willingness to learn and grow with the business
