The OpportunityBDO WA are currently seeking an Events and PartnershipCoordinator to join the Clients and Markets team. This role will beon a maximum-term 12-month contract to cover a period of ParentalLeave.In this role you will work with our Partners and teams to createevents to engage both new and existing clients. This role isessential in ensuring that lasting partnerships are maintained anddeveloped in support of the BDO brand and business growth.What you will need to succeed Previous experience in a similar role within partnerships and event management Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop rapport with both internal and external stakeholders Previous exposure to managing and coordinating big events An organised nature with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines Strong abilities to work autonomously and as part of teamSome of your key responsibilities include: Managing partnerships, industry associations and key sponsorships within the alignment of the BDO brand and objectives Liaising with key stakeholders to ensure all events and partnerships are managed effectively and within budget Reporting on the ROI from partnership and key events Identify and seek out new opportunities to create new and innovative events and partnerships Maintaining the Perth event calendarWhat we will offer youBDO offers professional development, collaborative culture,workplace flexibility, global career growth opportunities and anindustry-competitive salary package.We are committed to building your technical, advisory,leadership, and management skills, and balance work with promotinghealth, wellbeing, workplace giving and social activities.
