What you’ll do:
● SaaS Sales, Enterprise Sales and Partnership Sales models,
managing and supporting Hava’s integration & reseller partners.
● Marketing Ops – executing on marketing plans and approaches
with integration partners and reseller partners.
● Architecture monitoring and cloud visualisation as you immerse
yourself in what Hava does for customers and partners.
● Build a team through your talent acquisition strategy and
approach, hiring the best people for the right roles.
● Work in an agile team (where we ARE agile). We constantly learn
together, mentor each other and striving to do things better,
iteratively

What we’re after:
● Someone who has some experience – You’ve built teams, you’ve
worked with partners and you have learned technical skills.
● Experience building technical teams and sales teams through
talent acquisition strategy
● Experience building relationships with technology partners
● Experience in marketing operations, planning and attending
events, meetups and community connections.
● Experience working in agile teams and frameworks.
● Knowledge in cloud architecture and infrastructure, technical SaaS
products, open source and cloud technologies
● Curiosity for technology and the ability to balance the trade-offs
between engineering and business outcomes
● A desire to learn new things and solve problems
● Someone who can adapt and thrive in an evolving environment
with a company/team first approach
● Learning agility alongside existing and proven experience

The First 6 months:
Build the team – Hire a team of 20 developers, 5 sales people, locally to
Australia and internationally.
Build Partner relationships and support the CGO (Pete) in forming up the
best fit partners for us to integrate and resell with.
Maintain and support Team Members and Partners as they’re
onboarded.
Marketing Ops – Support the CGO with event and marketing plan and
execution, work alongside out Content Lead to shape and support
campaigns for Enterprise and Integration customers.
Community Participation – Work with the team to become part of the
technology and customer communities as well as attend various
conferences, meetups, events and the like, assisting in getting others to
come along as well to build the community.
Sales Support – Learn to demo Hava to potential customers, represent
Hava at events and meetups, on client calls and with Partners.
