Senior Analyst, Ict Help Desk

About the opportunity

Working as part of the help desk team, this role will ensure ICT is responsive and efficient in resolving client issues and maintaining client productivity. By implementing best practice (ITIL) processes inline with agreed performance targets and combined with excellent troubleshooting, problem solving skills, and a deep understanding technology the role will help to deliver an excellent client experience.

The Senior Analyst also works closely with the Team Leader, ICT Helpdesk to ensure that there is appropriate and relevant strategies, planning, implementation and operations to meet the ICT service support needs of the staff, sites and divisions across Uniting.

About you

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience as a member of a Helpdesk team within a large enterprise environment supporting clients over the phone and via email using ITIL processes to resolve level 1 & 2 issues
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Experience in client satisfaction measures, KPI management and reporting
• Extensive knowledge in Windows 10 operating system, Office 365 applications.
• Understanding of infrastructure (DHCP, DNS, and Exchange) and networking (IP Addressing, routing, network topologies).
• Demonstrated experience in supporting enterprise directory environments underpinned by Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD, Intune, Group Policies, VPN technologies, Citrix
• Relevant tertiary qualification/s in Information Technology or equivalent industry experience
