This opportunity

TPG Enterprise, Government & Wholesale Products team is actively seeking a CX (Customer Experience) and User Experience (UX) designer in the Enterprise, Government & Wholesale space with experience in defining, designing, and delivering market leading user and customer experience for enterprise products such as mobility, fixed line, private networks, IoT, SD-WAN.

This is a hands-on role that will have high business visibility through working on strategically important products. This requires a self-starter able to take ownership and work collaboratively with product managers, developers, and sales specialist to design and build a market leading mobility user experience. The Product CX & UX designer will also coordinate and communicate to multiple stakeholders, partners and vendors and take ownership in managing updates up into management and executive committees.

Responsibilities

  • Create innovative solutions for a wide variety of enterprise product design challenges, including mobile, desktop, hardware interfaces, physical environments, and person-to-person interactions.
  •  Lead the design of new experiences and enhancement plus improvements of existing ones.
  •  Plan and define strategy for the direction of future iterations.
  •  Build wireframes, test the designs and work with stakeholders, incorporating feedback to work through an iterative process of design, testing and improvement.
  • Conduct showcases for relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop high level, detailed storyboards, mock-ups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Deliver work that is enterprise grade, aesthetically engaging and is results oriented.
  • Work alongside developers and product managers throughout all stages of the production cycle.
  • Assess and optimise the performance of new and existing features by actively participating in user research and assessing performance metrics.
  • Develop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications.
  • Present design work to multiple teams and senior leadership for review and feedback.
  • Contribute to the group’s shared knowledge of user-centered design and research methodologies.
  • Research the product or service to understand its audience and its position in the market, gathering data that is used to deliver the best possible results to each user
  • Own the product user experience and optimize the interactions and interfaces based on user behaviours.
  • Build relationships with team leaders to efficiently implement user experiences that are cohesive, inclusive, and well-informed.
  • Knowledge and experience

  • Established experience in Enterprise Mobility Products and CX + UX Design
  • Fluency in best practices for design and UX + CX
  • Strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
  • Experience working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs
  • Experience in a highly Agile/scrum environment
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment
  • Experience in Telecommunications Industry
