    • The opportunity:

    Labourpower are currently seeking a confident and outgoing Recruitment Consultant to join our Mulgrave 3026 branch. Ideally, the successful candidate would come from a blue collar recruitment environment. Our Team and Client Base is growing and we require an experienced Consultant to maintain, develop and grow this business.

    Your responsibilities will include:

  • Recruit for blue collar positions for a major clients
  • Empower a safe workforce
  • Ensure all administration and filing is accurate and up to date
  • Client visits including roll call and taking candidates through inductions
  • Developing positive and professional relationships through regular contact and visits
  • Understanding the clients requirements and catering to their recruitment needs
  • Contacting our casuals for work opportunities and candidate care
  • Resourcing, Screening and Rostering
  • Conducting toolbox talks, job observations and other WHS site requirements.

  • A strong internal & external rapport with key stakeholders
  • Able to multi-task in this exciting high volume environment
  • Intermediate to advanced computer and MS office skills

  • A car and valid license
