The Company

This extraordinary restaurant, situated in the heart of the Gold Coast, features two kitchens: one for high-end fine dining and the other a beautifully appointed bistro. With a rare opportunity to gain experience in both settings, this is an excellent chance to broaden your culinary skill set. Under the guidance of the highly experienced Head Chef, you will receive training to work and lead both kitchens.

The Role

As part of the kitchen team, you will be responsible for a range of duties, including maintaining the high standards of food quality and presentation. The in-house sauces, stocks, and emulsions will require your expertise to ensure adherence to recipes and you will be responsible for managing the junior team members effectively. Collaboration and attention to detail are critical as you work as a team player, multitask, and produce exceptional cuisine. Your passion for cooking and using only the finest ingredients will be evident in all of your work.
