Immediate starts, various contract lengths available

Rates ranging from $30ph – $45ph + super

Hybrid working flexibility available

Responsibilities include:

Provide a range of administrative support across the business including;

Answering calls and handling incoming enquires

Arranging travel and accommodation

Diary management, scheduling meetings and booking rooms

General office duties; ordering of stationery and office supplies

Stakeholder management

Event Co-ordination

Skills & Experience

2 years + experience in a similar Administration position

Efficient and competent in MS office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The ability to deal with internal and external stake holders at all levels
