We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Reception and Administration Assistant to join us on a permanent part time basis, who is able to demonstrate our values of Respect, Kindness. Individuality, Joy and Relationships & Communities.

 

About your role:

The Reception and Administration Assistant role provides support to all functions within the Home while also working autonomously with initiative. You will be a key support to the Home Manager in completing varied number of tasks. 

 

What you will do:

  • Provide high level of customer service to our residents, families and employees
  • Manage the ordering and invoicing processes for the Home
  • Provide administrative support with documentation for meetings
  • Deliver compliance reports relation to training and other HR requirements
  • Contribute to the administration team and the broader leadership team
  • Be the first point of contact for our residents, their families and visitors to the Home   

What you bring to the role:

  • High energy, friendly, flexible and understanding attitude to assist our residents, families and employees
  • Attention to detail and understands the importance of working in an organised manner to achieve great outcomes
  • Previous system experience with invoicing and ordering
  • Ability to effectively deliver on competing priorities and continuous improvements
  • Provide great customer service to our residents and their families
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Suite programs
  • Experience in Aged Care desirable
  • Able to meet our compliance requirements – proof of Police Clearance and Flu vaccination,Covid Vaccination (including booster)
