The Project

CPB Contractors along with our industry partners, have been appointed as an Alliance to deliver the Main South Road and Victor Harbor Road duplication projects, with the Department for Infrastructure and Transport located in Adelaide, South Australia. This is known as the Fleurieu Connect Alliance

Your   Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to implement, monitor and maintain the CPB Project Management System on our Main South Road project; to monitor, verify and report project delivery compliance records with Client requirements; and ensure project personnel are appropriately trained in applicable quality and project systems. This is a great opportunity to secure work not far from Adelaide.

 Our minimum requirements for this role are:

  • Undergraduate degree in a discipline that develops critical thinking skills such as Engineering or Science
  • Minimum five years of relevant construction experience
  • Experience as a Lead Auditor of Quality Management Systems with integrated (Safety, Health and Environmental) management system auditor capabilities
  • At least three years of relevant construction quality management experience
  • Detailed understanding of relevant Australian and International standards, both technical and those related to management systems
  • High level communication, consultation, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Solid relationship building skills
  • Ability to accurately record activities and ensure business process are adhered to
  • Absolute commitment to safety in everything you do.
