About the Role
As the EMM Senior Systems Engineer you will be responsible for the delivery of EMM ICT Services to the end user in a constantly available Managed Services environment. You will also provide proactive/reactive support, undertake activities as required to ensure a high level of service continuity, provide technical/escalated support to the FSH Service Desk, undertake activities as required to ensure continued availability of the service, provide out-of-hours support as well as 2nd & 3rd line telephonic support to the end user.
About You
As the EMM Senior Systems Engineer you will be working within the ICT support team at Fiona Stanley Hospital and have the ability to prioritise competing demands and be a well-developed problem solver with a high level of analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail. You will provide prompt and courteous customer service to key stakeholders, patients, external and internal customers.
To be successful in one of these roles you will have:
· The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour
· Experience in Design and Deployment of MDM/MAM solutions via Intune
· Experience in App deployment and support via Intune
· Sound knowledge of Active Directory both on-prem and Azure, and user authentication protocols
· Experience in escalating Intune issues to Microsoft and App developers
· Knowledge of ITIL processes –Incident, Release, Change and Problem management.
· Ability to write process / procedure documents for technical and end users
· A Degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry certification or experience
Desirable Criteria:
· Design and Deployment of MDM solutions for Android & iOS devices and apps via Intune
· Experience in Android app deployment via Intune
· Experience in Android app support via Intune
· Experience in Vendor liaison with Android app developers
· Experience in iOS app deployment via Intune
· iOS app support via Intune
· Experience in Vendor liaison with iOS app developers
· Experience in Apple Business Manager management
· Experience in Optus / Telstra Business Portal
· Experience in Mobile / Cellular / Telco Service Management
· Experience in MacOS MDM Management
· Experience in Android MDM Management
· Experience in Samsung Knox Management
