What’s on offer is a flexible work environment with opportunities to work on the company’s own software and internal cloud platform. Along with a hybrid working model with 1-2 days in the Surrey Hills office.

The Role

As Software Developer, you will be responsible for the whole development lifecycle from design to building, documenting, coding, and testing application programs. Additional responsibilities will include:

• Assist in technical solution design and delivery whilst ensuring alignment with the architecture and strategy.
• Be fully involved in the testing and QA processes of the business.

• Proactively share best practices and ways of working in the development team and help drive continuous improvement and quality.

• Liaise with Industry Partners as required to ensure interfaces are designed and function as specified.
• Assist with system administration tasks where required.
• Work closely with local and offshore development teams.

Your Profile

You will be a Software Developer with an eagerness and drive to learn, with good time management skills, and a keen desire to research and develop innovative solutions. The role is based in Australia and therefore will require unrestricted full-time working rights.

Your experience and skills should include (not all are mandatory):

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Programming (or equivalent)

Commercial Experience in:

• .Net and C#
• Angular2+ (highly regarded) and SQL
• Application development
• Requirements gathering and design

Sound Knowledge of:

• Full software development lifecycle

Additional desired (but not essential) experience:

• Web Applications including: HTML5, jQuery, JavaScript, CSS, Bootstrap and MVC
• Crystal and SSRS Reports
• Frontend design/UI Design
• Object Oriented Programming Languages
• Database Design and Internet Technologies
