Fantastic contract role available immediately for a period of 6 months to specifically tosupport our NZ business as we prepare to move to a single operator model for the Duty-Free Operations at Auckland Airport.

This role will have a direct reporting line into the HR Business Partner & TA Lead based in Melbourne with a dotted line to the Operations Manager for NZ with a mix of work to be performed between the Support Office in Melbourne CBD and home.

To be successful for this role, you will have:

• recruitment/ screening experience
• a confident phone manner and good communication skills
• the ability to multitask and prioritise, with excellent time management skills
• the ability to work efficiently and work as part of a team
• the confidence to pick up new systems fast, and can work with a computer confidently 
• the ability to provide high standards of customer service to ensure all contact with candidates is professional ensuring a positive experience 

As our internal Recruiter, some of your key areas of responsibility will include:

• Posting of ads, managing applications, offer documentation and administrative tasks
• Co-ordinating and/or conducting interviews
• Support the efficient delivery of the recruitment function by carrying out other general tasks
• Provide administrative support to the HR team when required
