About the Role
A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Stock and Administration Officer to join us on this journey and contribute positively to the continued success of the Company and taste satisfaction of our customers. This newly created role is like no other! You will be located at the Miss Maud Bakehouse in Northbridge and be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of production costs, supply chain operations, and stock control.
As a guide your role will include:

Ensuring recipes and stock codes are up to date in the Miss Maud internal stock system

Planing and calculating the daily savory production whilst accurately maintaining systems forecasts;

Completing supplier orders and liaising with suppliers and couriers

Timely processing of all stock and product transactions

Planing, organizing and participating in Bakehouse activities, including receipt, documentation, storage, safety and distribution of stock and products.

Reviewing and improving inventory control processes

Completing end of month procedures; including stock takes, stock adjustments and investigating discrepancies;

Supporting the Miss Maud stores with product or delivery issues

Participating in Bakehouse meetings whilst working collaboratively with the Bakehouse team to resolve any operational issues

Observing work health and safety regulations; maintaining the Bakehouse storeroom in a clean, safe and orderly condition.

Performing additional duties as requested by the Bakehouse Operations Manager

Provide regular reporting on Bakehouse activities as required.

About You:

Strong understanding of warehouse best practices, stock control methods and procedures

An eye for detail and presentation

Advanced Microsoft skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively

Reasonably fit with the ability to perform repetitive tasks

Have reliable transport with a valid driver’s license

Be able to work in Australia without restrictions.
