So what will you be doing?  
Working independently or as a team producing a range of culinary delights for each service. Providing a balanced diet for 20 to 2500 manned camps. Working alongside the OHS team focusing on food safety practices, and hygiene. Searing meat to perfection and well done on occasion. Learning from other experienced chef’s and sharing knowledge each day, working together or solo.

How do you get this role and what Collar needs from you? 

• Must have 3 months bulk catering FIFO experience
• Ability to able to work autonomously or as part of a team
• Be able to Pass a pre-employment medical and Drug Screen
• Certificate III or IV Commercial Cookery or Trade Certificate (International qualifications must be formally recognised in Australia)
• Flexibility to do day and night shifts
• Current Police Check – within 6 months or willing to obtain
• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
