MAYDAY are on the look out for an office coordinator to join this varied role, working with a largely supportive and professional team.

Main responsibilities include:
- Greeting and directing visitors in a professional manner
- Organise board room and conference facilities where required, including ordering of catering and providing refreshments whilst maintaining the upkeep of the meeting rooms
- Liaising with building management
- Ensuring the smooth the day to day running of the office, facilities and supplies
- Assisting organising company events where required
- Liaise with external providers regarding maintenance and repairs as required
- Distribute all incoming packaging and mail
- Manage and organise all stationary and starter packs for new employees
- Ad hoc administrative duties
The ideal candidate will:
- Excellent communication style with the ability to communicate professionally with staff at all levels
- Be reliable & punctual
- Have proficiency in Microsoft application (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Would suit an experienced candidate returning to work looking for part time
- Action orientated
