About the Role

Now a new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sale Consultantto join their brand and new store in Melbourne’s CBD

You will not have to come from a jewellery background however Premium or Luxury retail experience is a must. You will be working a 5 days over 7 – and must be available weekends and public holidays. This opportunity could allow you to progression into a Assistant Manager quickly.

Skills and Experience

Sales skills are a must and previous luxury or jewellery experience across retail sector could be a great fit but not necessarily required – we are looking for a sales superstar.

You will have the ability to hold other accountable for their results
You will have an outgoing personality
Proven background of exceeding company budgets and KPI’s
Skills in training and developing new recruits and existing staff
Keen eye for details when following VM Guides
Strong sales experience
You will thrive in a high profile location
Looking for a career over a JOB
Extremely good at time management
The ability to communicate clearly
