The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Manager to join our team.

As the Quality Manager, you will be integral in ensuring the project meets our strict quality standards and complies with legislative and regulatory requirements. You will have an active participation in the development and delivery of management plans and management systems processes. You will coordinate the sharing of knowledge and information amongst the project team to ensure we are continually seeking ways to improve the way we work. You will be an important leader on the project and will drive the highest standards that CPB expects in Quality Management.

Our minimum requirements for this role are:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications 
• Experience delivering quality management services in the civil construction industry
• Experience in ensuring effective compliance management for quality management plans and statutory approvals
• Demonstrated management experience
• Demonstrated experience in engagement with clients, stakeholders and regulators.
• Ability to develop standards and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory and governance requirements
• Ability to effectively interface with design, construction and community management teams within the project
• Ability to effectively engage and communicate with important stakeholders to achieve best project outcomes
• High level experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and AS4801
• Absolute commitment to safety with everything you do
