We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Web Content Advisor to join our team at a major university.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building and implementing web pages and websites, and related functions in response to client briefs, in accordance with central web frameworks and guidelines.
The ideal candidate will work closely with various departments within the university to ensure that all web content is up-to-date, accurate, and visually appealing.

Deliverables:
In this role, you will manage the online content of four School websites and is responsible for planning, developing, documenting and maintaining content to ensure it is current, accurate and of high quality.
The position also provide staff with advice, support, and guidance in relation to presenting and publishing in a contemporary online environment, and provides additional support to marketing activities as requires.
Other responsibilities:
- Effectively lead, develop, maintain, coordinate and evaluate School online presence and ensure data integrity and the provision of accurate, consistent, relevant and comprehensive information.
- Liaise with the Digital Marketing, Experience and Analytics team and school staff in relation to the design and maintenance of School web content to ensure that the online presence accurately reflects the School’s image and products, is visually appealing, informative and technically robust.
- Develop collaborative relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, staff, and students in order to achieve School outcomes.
- Participate in an editorial capacity in the appropriate forums and meetings to obtain material for use on the website. In collaboration with stakeholders, develop, proof and publish online content to ensure information is accurate, appropriate and reaches the intended audience in a timely manner.
- Prepare information and analysis on the effectiveness of School online activities and marketing conditions, to provide advice and recommendations on future work plans, strategies, new technologies and areas of improvement, aligned with School Plans and objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in web development and design.
Successful candidate MUST be an Australian OR NZ Citizen OR have Permanent Residency status
