Human Resource Advisor

Foundation Recruitment has been retained exclusively to represent a leading multi-disciplinary construction company with extensive experience across major projects in both the private and government sectors currently seeking an experienced Human Resources (HR) Advisor due to business growth and demands.

As an HR Advisor, you will report directly to the HR Manager with a key focus on the accurate and timely implementation of HR and Payroll systems and procedures, supporting Leaders and enabling the Company to achieve its key objectives, and ensuring that the Company complies with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of work experience in an HR-related position, ideally, within the construction industry, and be able to maintain absolute confidentiality in every aspect of the role. In your previous experience, you will be highly proficient in computer-based HRIS systems and Microsoft Office, while being Approachable, and empathetic to the diverse workforce with the ability to communicate to a high standard in both verbal and written communication.
