About the role
The successful candidate for the Quality and Compliance Manager will drive best practice through continuous improvement, trend analysis and deliver service excellence on our Asset Maintenance Service Contract for a major long standing NSW Government client, with an established performance management framework and service delivery Quality Management Plan.

You will be joining a friendly, fast-paced, dynamic, and diverse team who are passionate about our community and keeping people safe. The role will directly support the Project Director as part of the Senior Management team and you’ll lead the Audit, Quality and Compliance teams, as well as monitor the Performance Management Framework and implement corrective and preventative actions to meet the specified obligations of the AMS Contract. 

Additionally, you’ll be required to:

  • Establish and maintain effective relations with our long-standing Government client, and internal Stakeholders
  • Manage the delivery of KPIs as outlined in the Performance Management Framework relevant to Service Quality
  • Anticipate and manage risks that may have a financial impact
  • Provide expert advice as SME for Quality in the expected timely delivery against audit findings resulting from Client Audits
  • Manage the operational trend analysis process to ensure high-risk and recurring trends are identified and management controls are in place in collaboration with the Operational teams
  • To be successful in role, you’ll need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in an applicable discipline
  • Experience in audit, assurance, governance, and compliance
  • High level of computer skills including MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Problem solving skills, report writing and data analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Desirable if you have knowledge of construction, building code of Australia and other relevant industry standards
  • Desirable membership to Institute of Internal Auditors
