About your role:

We are seeking a Temp recruitment specialist to join our team in Cremorne, Victoria. Working within a collaborative team, you will work across both white and blue collar, supporting Ventia’s diverse contracts.

Skills and Experience:

Experience in running high volume temp recruitment desk in an internal or external agency environment.

Energy to deliver recruitment across a range of industries and types of roles

Experience in end-to-end recruitment from candidate sourcing and management to placement

A strong understanding of candidate attraction platforms including job boards and social media, with proven experience on excellent search and attraction capabilities

Ability to interpret awards and enterprise agreements

Understanding the calculation of pay rates and penalty rates

Strong focus on candidate safety and compliance Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and time management skills.
