About these Opportunities
Both SA Ambulance Service (SAAS) and the Women’s & Children’s Health Network (WCHN) are seeking applications from suitable persons interested in supporting us to provide contemporary and innovative recruitment and selection practices, embedded into all our systems and practices in an effort to seek the best possible candidates for roles, and provide first class candidate care to those interested in working with us.
Across both SAAS and WCHN, the role of Recruitment Consultant is critical in working with key stakeholders across the organisation to create consistency and provide contemporary and innovative practices across all of our selection processes. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to use their knowledge and skills in recruitment and selection to initiate and implement best practice processes and to work on projects that support the development and implementation of innovative and contemporary recruitment and selection practices. To do this you will use your exceptional communication skills to liaise with key personnel to maximise our current E-Recruitment System and ensure that the tools available are being used by Hiring Managers to improve the candidate experience.
Across both roles you will also provide consultancy and advisory services to Hiring Managers on recruitment and selection practices, including offering support as required. You will develop and offer training to Hiring Managers and other key personnel as required which maintains consistency and best practice recruitment and selection. Within SAAS you will take a “hands on” approach by participating on Selection Panels for large recruitment campaigns and manage pre and post selection activities.
About You
You will be sought out for your expertise in attracting suitable candidates for roles available, and your knowledge of candidate markets and contemporary approaches to the employment market and contemporary recruitment and selection practices to attract suitable candidates. You will use your exceptional communication and negotiation skills to work with both internal and external stakeholders and organisations to support this work, including employment branding and media organisations, recruitment agencies and other relevant recruitment organisations.
