Assistant In Nursing

Collar Group have partnered with a well established NFP Aged Care Provider to assist in recruiting AIN’s across North and South Of Perth.

From the moment you step through one of their facility doors, you’ll feel welcome and supported to do your best work and really make a difference in people’s lives.

We have morning, afternoon and night shifts available across a seven-day roster, part time, full time and casual positions.

About You

You are an individual with a caring nature who gets satisfaction in making a positive difference in the lives of our residents everyday. You enjoy working in a team where no two days are the same. You are excited to share your ideas and make a contribution to the wider community.

What do you need to have?

• 3 Months minimum working within an Australian Aged Care service or equivalent
• COVID Vaccination (including booster)
• 100 points ID
• Current Police Check and NDIS Clearance or willingness to obtain these.
• Smartphone

  How you’ll make an impact

• To provide quality support to residents with their activities of daily living
• Work collaboratively  as part of a team and demonstrate team spirit
• Complete reporting and documentation based on Regis policies and procedures
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Interaction with residents, families and friends in a helpful and positive manner
• Liaison with all stakeholders including residents, family, doctors and allied health.
• Acting in accordance with aged care standards on every shift.
