Packaging Artwork Administrator – Beverages

About the company:

This global beverage organisation is currently undergoing substantial growth. Located close to the CBD of Melbourne, they are currently seeking a Packaging Artwork Administrator to join their team on a full-time 12 month contract role, with the strong view for extension.

About the role:

Reporting to the Packaging Manager your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Proofing of artwork across various packaging materials for NPD projects.
• Management of artwork files (i.e. storage and document control).
• Liaise with internal and external stake holders.
• Maintain database and records in an orderly fashion via SAP.

This role will also enable you to work from home two days a week.

About you:

• Ability to work independently, in a structured and organised manner.
• Ability to work at a fast & accurate pace to meet project artwork deadlines.
• Ability to process highly detailed workflows efficiently, with a strong focus on attention to detail.
• Ability to manage and prioritise multiple and complex tasks.
• Ability to convert opportunities and ideas into tangible improvements.
• Develop effective and productive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Have proven experience with SAP.

You will be a quality-focused individual with excellent attention to detail, have good communication skills and be highly adaptable. Full training will be provided.
