    Do work that matters:

    As Digital Production Coordinator, you will sit within the Website Experience squad. The key purpose of this role is to deliver digital projects across Bankwest digital channels, mainly our public website. With extensive end to end digital publishing experience, the Digital Production Coordinator is responsible for designing and delivering content solutions across key digital assets.

    Supporting the Website Experience squad, you’ll implement interaction tools and facilities and ensure web content is deployed in a timely manner, without error and adheres to all applicable technical and style guidelines.

    This role requires high level coordination, communication and technical skills, applied across our direct and partner teams to collaboratively deliver digital banking initiatives.

    The Chief Customer Office’s purpose is to attract and retain customers through providing simple and elegant experiences and communications informed by analytics & insight.

    The Digital Team creates and drives the Bankwest digital experience for our customers through our digital channels (mobile app, internet banking and website).

    On a given week you will:

  • Publish web content that meets internal stakeholder needs, via the Content Management System

  • Conduct user acceptance testing, research and resolve issues that arise during content development

  • Define, validate and document detailed customer and business requirements for website projects

  • Work with stakeholders to define and design website experiences

  • Use judgement to ensure content remains within standards and procedures

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal customers

  • Skills & experience you will have:

  • A strong digital background and experience in using a Content Management System

  • Detailed understanding to deliver a high-quality digital customer experience, working with digital platforms, customer insights and digital analytics,

  • Robust understanding of best practice digital standards including accessibility, usability, information architecture and search.

  • You will be well organised, analytical and task driven, able to prioritise and adapt to competing requirements.

  • You’ll be a team player with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to work with project resources and business wide stakeholders to successfully deliver projects on time and scope, whilst championing customer centric digital project deliverables.
