The opportunity:

Due to the continued growth of our health insurance business, we have a fantastic new opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join the team based in Melbourne or Sydney.

As the Marketing Coordinator, you will support the development and execution of all customer marketing and communications for our core private health insurance product with primary focus on our new corporate health and overseas visitor health cover. You will work closely with the Senior Marketing Specialist – Customer, focusing on these new growth channels to drive customer engagement and retention.

To do this successfully you will:

• Create and execute copy for customer communications

• Create a customer life-cycle communications strategy that balances mandatory and engagement communications

• Work across the AIA business to identify and support the execution of cross-sell and up-sell opportunities

• Create and deliver on referral campaigns

• Ensure the health insurance propositions, campaigns and brand exposure is integrated into the marketing activities executed across multiple channels

Successful applications will demonstrate:

You will be a talented marketing coordinator with experience working in a large and complex organisation preferably with exposure to B2C marketing. Experience working in the health/life insurance or wider financial services industries will be highly regarded.

You are a natural communicator with the ability to manage and build effective relationships with a broad range of stakeholders. You can think on your feet, your attention to detail is second to none, you can manage priorities with ease.
