Internship – It Operations & Support

Responsibilities

This is a six months opportunity for a keen IT student or recent graduate to work alongside an IT service desk within a global software technology vendor. You will assist the team, providing support to employees across the Asia-Pacific region, and can expect to perform the following tasks:

Basic troubleshooting

Asset management

Log in tickets into our ticketing system

Provide excellent customer service to staff in our Adelaide office

Support the IT service desk with ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

Studying or recently graduated with a Bachelor of Information Technology or similar qualification

Good knowledge of desktop operating systems such as Microsoft Windows 10 and Windows applications such as Office 365

High level of English written and oral ability

Interested in new technologies and good technical understanding

Self-motivated and can work proactively

Availability to work 2 full days per week (days are flexible and can be interchanged if required)
