MAYDAY Recruitment is currently looking for a self-driven and competent Trainee Recruitment Consultant to kickstart their career and join one of Australia’s fastest growing Legal Recruitment Agencies.

Main responsibilities include:
- Find and build long-lasting professional relationships with legal professionals
- Source, screen, and assess potential candidates
- Managing interviews and presenting suitable candidates
- Writing job ads to be posted on social media and other sourcing platforms
- Collaborating with the compliance team for reference checking and document gathering
- Negotiating and finalising contracts between client and candidate
- Managing applicant tracking systems
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and provide advice

What we’re looking for:

- Previous experience within the legal sector

- While some experience in a fast-paced target driven role is preferred it’s not essential
