Responsibilities;

• Analyse and evaluate technical communications solutions to ensure the right solution is delivered to meet the business requirements.
• Develop and document low-level designs and bill of materials across multiple technology functions such as WAN, LAN, Wireless, and Security.
• Perform equipment factory acceptance testing and configuration in line with client’s standards and guidelines.
• Develop, document, represent and execute technical change management and testing to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Communicate the proposed solution to various business and project stakeholders who have different technical knowledge through various means to ensure the right solution is delivered.
• Ensure approved solutions are delivered to the business in line with Project schedule during approved change windows, to meet business requirements.

Skills required

• A strong command of IP communications technologies, particularly the Cisco hardware platform, as a Subject Matter Expert.
• Demonstrated expertise in creating and implementing comprehensive network solutions on a large scale.
• Deep understanding of the basics of IP Communications, with a specific emphasis on OSI Layer 1 through 3.
• Substantial involvement with enterprise networks and critical production environments.
• Experience in creating project deliverables that can be seamlessly passed to operational support.
• Capability to collaborate effectively with numerous stakeholders in various locations.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, and/or Cisco CCNP level qualification or equivalent.
