They are also certified resellers of specialist audio products and software (e.g. Olympus, Philips and Nuance products) used in the transcription industry.undefined undefinedThey are currently seeking for an Admin Officer to join the Operations team in the Brisbane office located in Milton. The Operations team has a critical role in the business and it is expected that a new entrant to the business will take approximately 12 months to build the knowledge of the business and industry to be able to work effectively in this role. A development path will therefore be structured accordingly. The successful candidate will enjoy being a key contributor to the business but will also have some flexibility to vary start and finish times within the working week as there is a team of people in Operations providing continuous support to the business.undefined undefined About the role: undefined

  • Liaising directly with clients regarding their needs and then liaising internally with our team to ensure smooth delivery as per client expectations.
  • Working with our proprietary workflow management platform to ensure our complex workflow is managed efficiently.
  • Maintaining accurate customer and transaction records in Pacific’s systems and databases, (e.g. Zoho Customer Relationship Management database); Excel spreadsheets and other manual logs for record-keeping of actions, etc.

  • Have highly developed communication skills (oral and written) as effective communication is critical to every aspect of this role,
  • Have maturity and a well-developed sense of responsibility commensurate with the key nature of the Coordinator role,
  • Be a team player who understands that whilst the Admin Officer is a key role in the team, overall results are delivered by the team.
  • Have well developed time management and pressure management skill as, at times, this role must deal with multiple demands under time pressure;
  • Has the ability to appreciate overall corporate objectives for this team and then make sound decisions (often under time pressure as stated) that align with those objectives and, finally,
  • Intimately understand that the future of any business lies in efficiently and professionally delivering client satisfaction.
  • Demonstrable experience in roles requiring these attributes will be highly regarded.
