Job Description

Our client are leaders in flour, ingredients, and delicious bakery products. Their delicious bakery products and ingredients are manufactured in facilities that meet the highest standards of food production and have global quality accreditation. They have a true national footprint with mills, bakeries and distribution centres located in every capital city. They are currently looking for a part time reception & admin assistant to join the team.

Part time, 2 days a week to start – must have flexibility to work FT hours to cover leave when needed

Located in Mile End

To be successful, you need..

Experience working in Admin/reception
Intermediate to advanced computer literacy
Great written and verbal communication skills
Data entry experience
Competent in Microsoft office applications
Sound maths skills
Experience in SAP desirable but not essential
Team player who loves working in an office environment
Reliable transport
