The Role

Reporting to the ANZ Sales & Channel Manager, the Regional Sales Manager – WA will be responsible for two Direct Reports, with an objective of delivering accelerated market share across the mining sector and capitalising on the powerful portfolio of products under the ITW Polymers and Fluids Brand.

Assisting the WA team the Regional Sales Manager will develop and lead the sales strategy, engaging with end users and project mapping to identifying and prioritise the most attractive opportunities and projects in partnerships with key Channel Partners (Distributors).

Skills & Experience

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, lead by example and be someone who motivates their team by ‘doing the doing’.

They will have;

• Key account and business development experience in the mining industry and seasoned in developing relationships from executive level to site level.
• Sales leadership skills, with expert experience increasing and managing pipelines
• Experience working cross-functionally and collaboratively with internal teams.
• An understanding and existing networks across the mining landscape with examples of developing business from site level to head office level.
