Administration Officer

We have muiltiple government clients is seeking experienced Administration Officers. These roles range from 3 to 6 month assignments with possibility of extension based in the Perth Metro area.

The purposes of these roles are to provide general administrative support to the broader team in a fast paced environment.

Key duties for these roles include but are not limited to:

Provide general administrative and secretarial support to team as required

Organisation of meetings, including preparation and distribution of meeting minutes, agendas and action items.

Liaise with relevant internal and external stakeholders across multiple departments to arrange meetings, approvals, etc

Database Management, including the maintenance of registers, records and CRM systems.

Preparation of documents as required, including assistance with preparing reports and presentations.

Assisting with monthly expenditures duties, including processing of invoices and expense reconciliation

Arrange and coordinate travel as required.

To be successful, you will have:

At least 2 years experience in an administrative support role

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work well within a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.

Previous experience within Government is highly advantageous.
