We are looking for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Specialist (Paid Media) to support the digital media strategy across 150+ international markets within a high-performing Sydney-based specialist team that operates across Paid media, SEO, Content & Web. 

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting the digital marketing managers with campaign implementation, reporting, optimisation and testing
• Developing & executing bidding, targeting and inventory trading strategies
• Contributing to Paid Media media roadmap including strategies, processes, and tools to drive growth in collaboration with online acquisition marketing managers
• Growing paid media reporting infrastructure, including performance tracking and weekly optimisation
• Monitoring and reporting on paid media campaigns (metrics like reach, engagement, community size, website visits, etc)

What you’ll bring to the team:

• Hands-on proficiency across key industry tools; SA360 AND DV360, Programmatic, Adobe Analytics
• SEM, RTB, Programmatic Trading Experience
• Social platforms knowledge (Facebook, Youtube, LinkedIn etc)
• Keen interest in small business finance, Fintech and SaaS
• Proven knowledge and expertise in online acquisition
• Demonstrated collaboration with internal and external agencies partnerships 
• Customer obsessed! With a tenacious desire to understand your customers’ behaviours
• Effective influencer – adept in working in cross-functional teams collaboratively
