JOB DESCRIPTION
A stunning property nestled on the outskirts of Bowral in the New South Wales Southern Highlands; Peppers Craigieburn possesses a reputation as one of the region’s premier venues for accommodation, leisure stays, conferencing, weddings and retreats.
We are seeking a passionate & enthusiastic Conference and Events Coordinator to join our team on a full time basis.
Our guest’s biggest conferences will be in your hands. You will be responsible for the hands on coordination and management of our events – from securing the initial event right through to after function follow up.
Reporting to the Conference & Events Sales Manager, your passion for conference and events, dedication to 5 star personalised service as well as your ability to think on your feet and solve problems will you succeed in this role. You will also:
- Possess impeccable attention to detail and time management skills
- Hold strong experience as a conference and events administrator with operational conference and events experience an added bonus
- Excellent communication and relationship building abilities
- The ability to work a varied roster including weekends and evenings
- Unlimited Australian working rights
