The Job

Your Responsibilities will include: 

• Follow the course curriculum to deliver and assess the respective course in compliance with SRTO 2015 and National code 2018. 
• Provide teaching and learning support as required to ensure students’ satisfactory course progress 
• Contribute to the development of courses in a team environment to foster a culture that embraces continuous improvement and best practice.
• Ensure professional development is continuously maintained for industry and VET currency.
• Monitor the use of resources and contribute to their improvement.
• Participate in validations and moderations as and when required. 
• Maintain confidentiality, composure, and professionalism at all times.

The Profile

• Willingness required to acquire the knowledge, experience, and skills to progress to higher levels of duties and responsibilities.
• You have certificate IV in TAE (TAE40116 Mandatory)
• You must have an automotive qualification minimum at Cert IV level (Mandatory).
• You have a minimum of 1 year of vocational education and training experience
• You have the ability to use initiative, set priorities, and meet deadlines
• You have excellent communication skills written and verbal
• You must proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
• You have extensive industry experience/currency.
• You have knowledge of current industry trends and culture.
