About the Company

ASX listed business based in North Ryde is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join their office based in North Ryde on a full-time permanent basis, commencing immediately.

About the Position

Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager and working within a team you will be responsible for the following;

  • Support the talent acquisition team & hiring managers with the end-to-end management of volume recruitment requirements;
  • Provide front line support for TA enquiries, recruitment administration & reporting;
  • Manage own portfolio of recruitment with a mixture of blue- & white-collar roles;
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and draft position descriptions; and
  • Implement talent attraction strategies including; Seek, LinkedIn, etc.

    • About the Candidate

  • Extensive recruitment experience – internal OR agency;
  • Experience recruiting across a variety of disciplines;
  • Exceptional communication & stakeholder management skills; and
  • Ability to manage a high volume of work and deliver results within tight deadlines.
