The role of Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will see you working from our Victoria Park head office within the Staff & Professional recruitment team. You will be responsible for maintaining a proactive recruitment approach to identify and fulfil future talent needs that will assist in maintaining Monadelphous’ position as an ‘employer of choice’ in often challenging recruitment markets. You will internally support the business’ recruitment function by facilitating and overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, one that is underpinned by a strong customer service approach to our internal and external stakeholders.

This role will work directly with senior stakeholders and offer unparalleled exposure to project teams, allowing continuous learning and decision making.

About the role:
- Sourcing and onboarding of suitably qualified and experienced candidates as well as talent pipelining across various business units within the Engineering Construction division
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process including job briefings, advertising, resume screening, shortlisting, interviewing, reference checking and collating qualifications, certificates & licences
- Ensuring effective communication to internal stakeholders in relation to candidate status, updates, and application outcomes
- Coordinating with Recruitment Support Officers to handover onboarding requirements including, pre-employment checks, pre-employment medical, ordering of PPE and mobilisation training requirements
- Facilitating timely new starter onboarding and employee transfers and maintaining recruitment and mobilisation trackers
- Ability to take the lead and be held responsible while anticipating problems or opportunities as they arise across the business and proactively identifying solutions

- The ability to build strategic rapport quickly with different levels of stakeholders while anticipating project needs
