- Employment Type: Full time (35 hours per week)
- Duration: Fixed term 12 months
- Remuneration: $78,130-$97,580+ 17% Superannuation
- Location: Kensington, NSW (Hybrid Working)

Why Your Role Matters:
Due to demand, UNSW is expanding its collaborative HR Project Team. We are recruiting an HR Project Administrator to provide day-to-day project and administrative support to achieve objectives, outcomes and deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinating meetings, diary management, minute taking, and managing assigned actions
- Build key relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure strong communication and collaboration.
- Provide specialist advice on administrative guidelines, processes, and activities.
- Prepare & maintain detailed filing systems, program planner, registers and shared mailboxes.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation for reporting, monitoring and evaluation purposes to ensure accessibility of quality information for the program.
- Participate in and contribute to relevant project, process and business improvements.
- Provide support for new staff inductions
- General project management, and administrative support.
Who You Are:
- Relevant qualification with relevant experience or training
- Excellent time management able to meet deadlines
- Experience supporting and contributing to projects and initiatives.
- Customer service approach with high communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly proficient computer literacy with excellent skills in Microsoft Office
- Sound judgement and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Advanced numeracy skills and high attention to detail
- Strong stakeholder management skills
