Administration Assistants – Sirius People

We are currently seeking a production assistant to join a fantastic established team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the production process by providing administrative support, handling printing job sheets and drawings, raising orders, entering quotes, and managing communications with clients via phone and email.

 Responsibilities:

• Liaise with customers to advise status of orders and deliveries
• Print job sheets and drawings accurately and in a timely manner.
• Raise orders and purchase orders as required.
• Enter quotes and manage customer accounts.
• Communicate with clients via phone and email, answering queries and providing assistance as required.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as required.
• Maintainstock levels and provide assistance with internal auditing 

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
