Job Description

Responsibilities

Support event-led campaigns including running sponsorships, conferences, internal events

Effectively manage internal systems and processes including event reporting

Event day management including bump in and out, set up, vendors and registrations

Merchandise & branded collateral management

Manage timelines and priorities with various stakeholders including agencies, suppliers, clients and client partners

Skills

Events &/or Marketing experience with relevant degree in marketing, communications or a related field

Demonstrates project management skills including events

Demonstrates creativity, strategic thinking and attention to detail

Possess good analytical skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Enthusiastic and proactive

G-suite savvy including Excel

Flexible and agile including availability to occasionally work after-hours/weekends throughout the year

Ability to communicate and present to various stakeholders

Ability to thrive in fast paced environment
