We have an exciting opportunity as a Senior Integration & Quality Manager who will be responsible for managing and overseeing the quality, safety and fit for purpose of all products in the relevant product groups. Management of the day-to-day communication between all relevant stakeholders ensuring quality and compliance standards are adhered too..
Responsibilities include:
Operational
• Accountability and governance of all product approval files and technical document approval and uploading in the system, including inspection reports ensuring technical files are 100% up to date and accurate. This includes both the TAS supplier products as well as the local supplier products that TAS oversee in these categories.
• Product review with buyers and suppliers acting as an integral conduit to the TAS technical team and 3rd parties
• Manage the day-to-day communication at all levels between all client departments and Target Asia Sourcing (TAS). This includes but will not be limited to Quality management, Legal, Buying, merchandise departments.
• Target Standard updates of policies and manuals, rules for nominated outsourced categories
• Monitor, evaluate and develop internal quality compliance processes.
• Oversee and be responsible for quality, safety and fit for purpose of all products in the relevant product groups.
• Ensuring all deadlines are met in the quality and compliance function.

• Attend weekly client meetings on behalf of TAS & 3rd parties and be responsible for actioning all matters
• Strong sense of responsibility towards the client.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Own and manage Brands/Product categories/Departments
• Work in collaboration with the design and buying teams to deliver innovative and commercial products on time in adherence with the Critical Path.
People
• Engage with cross functional stakeholders to ensure projects supported and delivered effectively
• Participates in constructive dialogue with the team, ensuring multiple perspectives are considered.
• Places the team’s priorities above personal objectives
Safety
• Accountable for a safe workplace by identifying and reporting safety concerns and leading by example by maintaining a safe working environment and demonstrating safe working behaviour and ensuring team members receive appropriate safety training.

What are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will possess a solid demonstrated experience in successfully developing and leading change, process improvement and influencing a large team.
• .
• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering/ Science, Industrial Design and/or Quality management with experience in Hardgoods (non- apparel). ISO 9000/9001 would be advantageous.
• Sound understanding of the Australian regulatory landscape related to Mandatory standards across multiple retail categories.
• Understanding of Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and ACCC code of practice.
• Demonstrable business ability in managing Critical path timelines.
• Ability to develop Quality Technical standards, Protocols, and practices.
• Demonstrable experience in risk management strategies, relating to both Human Resources and various product categories.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to identify and manage risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies for the project
• Excellent time management skills
