Due to continued growth, UGL are seeking expressions of interest from experienced HR Managers to work onsite at a large construction lithium project in WA’s South-West Region. This position would be suitable for someone residing in the Bunbury region or willing to work on a 5/2 DIDO roster.

About the role

• Provide advice, support and coaching to site supervision and management on HR/IR matters
• Conduct workplace investigations with support from Perth based IR and P&C Managers as required
• Build relationships and work collaboratively with internal employees and site management
• Liaise with internal departmental managers
• Lead a small team of accommodation and rostering coordinators

About you

• Demonstrated experience in a similar HR/IR role within the resources sector, ideally in a project environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively prioritise competing demands
• Strong influential and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Hold a high level of confidentiality
