About the role
We are delighted to announce that we are currently seeking applications for Orica’s next Manager – HR Business Partnering for our AusPac region, the largest region in the Orica business. This critical role has come about due to an internal promotion from the AusPac legal team to the broader AusPac business, recognising the achievements of business partners, who have demonstrated consistent dynamic, strategic, HR and commercial skills.
This is an exciting and rare opportunity, and the successful person will focus on partnering with the business on complex and critical commercial matters, will be a member of a dynamic, high performing and geographically diverse legal team, and will report into the Regional Head of HR for AusPac.
As a senior HR professional, you will play a vital role in partnering strategically with and providing guidance to our senior leaders and line managers (both operational and functional) and employees on a range of areas to promote and support workforce engagement, high performing teams, employee relations, talent and development, performance management, and the application of HR Policies and Procedures across Australia.
This role can be based in either Brisbane or Newcastle.
