Rail Projects Victoria Industry Based Learning (IBL) Program 
•    Full-time, 6-month opportunity based in Melbourne CBD or Sunshine (if allocated to Melbourne Airport Rail project) / hybrid
•    Gain hands-on experience and help shape the delivery of some of Victoria’s largest rail construction projects
•    Participate in interactive career and professional development workshops
•    Apply for industry-based learning credit towards your degree

What’s Involved?
Rail Projects Victoria is looking for students with interests in Document Control, Records Management, Information & Cyber Security, Application Support and Information Systems to join our IT team! During your time with our team, you will be working alongside a team of professionals, and get Involved in many IT activities including working with our project’s IT specialists. You’ll also assist with the development of IT activates across the broad spectrum of areas to develop your industry knowledge. You will have the opportunity to deliver your own projects and improve processes and systems where possible. You will participate in tailored learning sessions to further develop your personal and professional skills.

About You

We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in kickstarting their career in Information Technology. It would be preferred if you have strong written and verbal communication skills, display strong attention to detail and are someone who enjoys building positive working relationships. Experience in using MS Office applications is also preferred. If you consider yourself to have a can-do attitude and are good at managing yourself in ambiguous situations, this could be the role for you!

To be eligible you must be currently studying a tertiary qualification in Information Technology/Systems, Cybersecurity, Web Development, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related discipline. You must remain enrolled during the course of the IBL Program however must defer your allocated subjects whilst completing the internship. You also must hold Working Rights in Australia that allow you to work full-time (38hrs/wk).
