About the Role
Reporting to the Director of the Professional Standards Office (PSO), the primary objective of the Personal Assistant / Office Coordinator will be two-fold. First and foremost, you will be providing high-level administrative support to the Director, managing a busy diary and organising regular travel arrangements. Secondly, you will provide support to the greater team with day-to-day activities, as well as managing the overall administration of the office.
Duties
Manage diary and travel for the Director
Draft and prepare correspondence and documentation, including minute taking on behalf of Director
Prepare case notes
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Maintain printed materials
Document formatting
Skills & Experience
Strong administrative background with previous experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
High level of verbal and written and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders
High level organisational, time management and problem-solving skills
Respectful attitude
Integrity including ethical decision-making, confidentiality and discretion
