The Opportunity:

Fulltime, permanent role

As a Junior Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team of Residential Aged Care Rostering Coordinators. We provide supportive, on-the-job training with a focus on creating a positive learning environment.

You will be responsible for:

• Supporting our rostering team to develop and maintain effective and compliant rosters, that suit the needs of our business and our clients.
• Manage ad hoc change to employee or client availability, including leave and changes to work patterns.
• Excellent communication and engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
• Creating reports used to forecast resourcing requirements and opportunities.
• Assist with time sheet approvals.
• Data entry and maintenance

To be successful in this role you will have:

• An eagerness to learn new skills
• A can-do attitude
• Attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Previous experience in a similar role within rostering or administration experience is highly regarded, but not essential

Additionally, you will require:

• COVID vaccinations
• NDIS workers screening
• National Police clearance
• Right to work evidence
