Part Time Student Internship (chemistry)

About the Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a paid student internship!

We are currently on the hunt for confident, organised Science student (preferably chemistry), who is eager to get a break in the pharmaceutical industry. This internship gives students the opportunity to work with experienced industry Chemists, in a well-known manufacturing organisation. The role available is predominantly administrative work within their Quality department, based in the western suburbs of Brisbane.

What do we need from you?

To be successful in the role you need to display the follow attributes:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor degree of Science (Preferably Chemistry);
• A keen interest and eye for detail to fit within a Quality department;
• Bring a positive and proactive attitude to basic administrative duties;
• A car and licence to get to work as this site is not accessible via public transport;
• The ability to commit to 2-2.5 days of work each week, in line with your study commitments.

NOTE: Successful applicants may be required to complete medical tests, including drug screening and police checks. We encourage you to detail your university course to date, outlining key units, courses or laboratory techniques, as well as your expected completion date.
